Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

1.1 Applicability: These terms and conditions apply to all sales of Products by woRRRx, including but not limited to consumer electronics such as phones, tablets, computers, desktops, gaming consoles, and related devices.
1.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on our website. The revised terms will apply to any orders placed after the update. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
- Order Acceptance and Conditions
2.1 Order Confirmation: The receipt of an order confirmation email or other acknowledgment from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. woRRRx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of any Products ordered or refuse service to any individual or entity.
2.2 Order Review: All orders are subject to review and acceptance by woRRRx. We may require additional verification of your identity or other details before accepting your order.
2.3 Order Fulfillment: For in-stock goods, acceptance occurs when we ship the Products. For Products requiring post-order processing (such as assembly or testing), acceptance occurs when we begin the processing.
- Order Cancellation
3.1 Non-Cancelable Orders: Once an order is processed or shipped, it may not be canceled by the Buyer.
3.2 Non-Cancelable/Non-Refundable Products: Certain Products, including special orders, custom-made items, or those requiring post-order processing (such as assembly or configuration), are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
3.3 Cancellation Charges: If an order is canceled prior to shipment, reasonable cancellation or restocking fees may apply to cover expenses incurred by woRRRx.
- Prices
4.1 Price at Shipment: The price for Products will be based on the rates in effect at the time of shipment. Any changes in pricing after order placement will not affect the final price for the order.
4.2 Price Validity: Pricing on our website or in quotes is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
4.3 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees unless otherwise specified.
- Terms of Payment
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made via major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express), debit cards, or other methods approved by woRRRx. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.
5.2 Delinquent Payments: If payment is not received within the specified period, woRRRx reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. The Buyer may also be responsible for any costs incurred in collecting overdue payments, including attorney fees.
- Taxes and Duties
6.1 Sales Tax: The Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales, use, or excise taxes unless an exemption certificate is provided.
6.2 International Orders: The Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping charges for international orders are also the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping Charges: The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, including insurance fees, unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Shipping Method: woRRWx reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and method for each order unless the Buyer provides specific instructions.
7.3 Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. woRRRx is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
7.4 Risk of Loss: Title to the Products and the risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Limited Warranty
8.1 Standard Warranty: woRRRx provides a 6-month limited warranty on all refurbished consumer electronics sold by us. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
8.2 Extended Protection Plan (Optional): For an additional fee, Buyer may purchase an Extended Protection Plan that provides coverage for accidental damage, including drops, spills, cracks, and other mishaps. The plan is available in the following options:
$79 for 6 months
$99 for 12 months
$139 for 24 months
The Extended Protection Plan covers:
Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, cracks, and screen damage).
Liquid spills and accidental exposure to water.
Physical damage caused by handling, drops, or impacts.
8.3 Warranty Exclusions: Both the standard warranty and the Extended Protection Plan do not cover:
Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Cosmetic damages or wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
Damages caused by external factors such as fire, water damage, or other environmental factors not covered under the plan.
8.4 Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, you must contact us within 30 days of discovering a defect. woRRRx may require the return of the defective product for evaluation. If the product is covered by the warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
8.5 Extended Protection Plan Limitations: The Extended Protection Plan is available only for accidental damage and will not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or theft. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The plan does not cover loss or theft of the product.
- Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Liability for Indirect Damages: In no event shall woRRRx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, even if woRRRx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 Maximum Liability: In no event shall woRRRx's liability exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific Product that caused the claim.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in [County], Illinois.

11.1 Force Majeure: woRRRx shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
11.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
11.4 Assignment: The Buyer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of woRRRx.
