Warranty Coverage:
Standard Warranty – Included (6 Months)
Every device comes with a 6-month standard warranty at no additional cost. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers:
What’s Covered:
Manufacturer defects
Internal component failures (motherboard, battery, display, camera, etc.)
Malfunctions under normal use
What’s Not Covered:
Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracked screens)
Cosmetic damage, misuse, or neglect
Unauthorized repairs or tampered serial numbers
Need to File a Claim?
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of noticing the issue.
Provide your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
If needed, we’ll issue a prepaid return label so we can evaluate your device.
If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace your device at no extra cost. If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer a similar model of equal value.
Extended Protection Plans – Optional
For coverage that goes beyond manufacturer defects, we offer optional Extended Protection Plans that include accidental damage protection.
Available Options:
6 Months – $39
12 Months – $69
Both plans begin on the original date of purchase.

Continued protection beyond the standard warranty
What’s Not Covered:
Intentional damage or neglect
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Lost or stolen devices
Filing a Claim:
Submit a claim within 30 days of the incident.
Provide a description and, if possible, photos of the damage.
We’ll assess the issue and either repair or replace your device, depending on the extent of the damage.
